This avocado dressing & dip isn’t sweet like jarred dressings can be.
It is creamy, bold, and bursting with fresh flavor.
It’ll brighten up your salads, dress up your chicken & fish dishes, and It makes a great dip for fresh veggies at snack time!
Yield: 2 cups
Serving size: 2 Tbsp

1 medium avocado, peeled & pitted
the juice of 1 fresh lemon
1 cup of water
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp dried cilantro/1 tbsp fresh
1/4″ piece of fresh turmeric, peeled
1 1/2 tsp paprika
sea salt and black pepper to taste
- Place all of the ingredients into a high speed blender, or into the bowl of a food processor that has been fitted with a steel blade.
- Blend until smooth.
- If the finished product is warm from processing, chill in the refrigerator before serving.
- Store in a covered container under refrigeration.
