Healthy Food Tip #3 – Raw Raspberry Sauce

The raspberries I’ve been buying for the last couple of weeks have been outstandingly sweet, and enjoyable. So I thought now would be the perfect time to share Healthy Food Tip #3, how to make a couple of quick, and easy, raw raspberry sauces.

  1. Place fresh organic raspberries in a blender with just enough water to process them. Blend for a fresh raspberry pancake syrup or yogurt topping.
