Quick Ranch Dressing

Here’s a Quick Ranch Dressing recipe that you can have ready for your guests in under 10 minutes. I think you’ll love the creamy, rich flavor. It’ll taste even better if you have the time to let it refrigerate for an hour before serving.

Yield: 1 1/2 cups

Serving size: 2 tbsp

Calories: 54

Fiber: 0 grams
Protein: 1.5 grams
Fat: 4.4 grams
Sugar: 1 gram
Carbs: 1.8 grams

Ingredients:

1 cup cultured sour cream
1/2 cup full fat Greek yogurt
1 1/8 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp dried chives
1 tsp dried parsley
1/8 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp celery seed
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
sea salt & black pepper to taste

* I use only organic ingredients, and organic dairy products that have been pasture fed & cultured.

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until smooth. Add salt and pepper to suit your taste. If you would like your dressing to have a thinner, more pour-able consistency, just mix in a 1/4 cup – 1/2 cup of water.
  2. Store dressing in the refrigerator in a covered jar or container.

 

Enjoy this dressing over salads, vegetables, meat, fish, or poultry!
