Do you wish you could get better sleep?

How many nights have you spent tossing and turning, worrying about all the things you need to take care of tomorrow? These types of thoughts can keep you up all night long.

A simple way to lay all these concerns to rest is to write them down. In the evening, before you’re too tired, make a list of everything you want to remember for the next day.  Keep this list near your bed, somewhere that you’ll see it in the morning. By keeping it handy you can add to it if you suddenly think of something else.

When you’re done, you’ll be able to put all of tomorrow’s business away for the night and sleep more peacefully.
